WHY OGRECORDS™

Built by someone who knows what a rounding error costs.

Before I founded OGRECORDS™ I was, above all, one thing: a software engineer. For 15+ years I've been building systems for the music industry — distribution pipelines, royalty engines, smart-link platforms, analytics stacks — including work on the systems of a digital service provider (DSP). Alongside that: 500+ web applications, portals and backend systems — my clients include a German federal authority as well as automotive and aviation corporates. I am the author of a book on cybersecurity. The same rule everywhere: money, rights and data have to be traceable and correct to the cent.

I founded OGRECORDS™ in 2022 — as the system I would have wanted for myself. Until 2026 it ran partner-only via artist teams, management and labels. From 2026 the same infrastructure is open to every self-publisher: up to 100% payout, marketing tools built in.
