Before I founded OGRECORDS™ I was, above all, a software engineer. For 15+ years I've been building systems for the music industry: distribution pipelines, royalty engines, smart-link platforms and analytics, including work on the systems of a digital service provider (DSP). On top of that come 500+ web applications, portals and backend systems, with clients including a German federal authority and automotive and aviation corporates. I wrote a book on cybersecurity. The same rule applies everywhere: money, rights and data have to be traceable and correct to the cent.
I founded OGRECORDS™ in 2022 as the system I would have wanted for myself. Until 2026 it ran partner-only, through artist teams, management and labels. Since 2026 the same infrastructure is open to every self-publisher, with up to 100% payout and marketing tools built in.
