How does my song get on Apple Music?
You create your release in the wizard, we assign an ISRC and UPC, check audio, artwork and metadata and deliver on your chosen date. Apple usually processes new releases quickly after approval. Because Apple supports pre-adds, fans can add your song to their library before release day.
Apple Music requires complete credits
Apple is stricter about metadata than most platforms. Every track needs credits for the composition (songwriter or lyricist), the performers and the production. If one of these categories is missing, the release may be rejected. Our release wizard checks this before you submit and shows you which credit is missing, so your release doesn't end up in a correction loop.
Lossless and Dolby Atmos (Spatial Audio)
